Forty Four (maybe less) people were arrested yesterday for what appears to be a huge scandal that alleges criminal activity that ranges from money laundering to black-market sales of human organs. The people placed under arrest includes Rabbis from Brooklyn and some significant, key politicians. Five rabbis and three mayors were arrested.
I never planned to be a news source, nor do I claim to have any information other than what I see and hear in the media, but this story caught my attention. This is just plain wrong. How can these rabbis be involved in a scheme to sell human kidneys? Rabbis are supposed to be religious leaders and are supposed to do right by people.
Thou shall not sell their neighbors kidney. What is wrong with these rabbis? I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on the money laundering claims, but to cut people open and take their organs to sell them on the black market is just inexcusable and unjustifiable. Aren't we supposed to trust our Rabbis? How can a Rabbi be involved in anything that has to do with stealing organs whether the rabbi is aware of it or not?
The mayor of Hoboken, NJ was arrested. Mayor Peter Cammarano of Hoboken, a democrat, pleaded not guilty and was released on $100k bail. "I could be indicted and still get 85 to 95 percent of the vote" bragged Mayor Cammarano, said US Attorney Ralph Marra. This guy can't be serious.
The mayor of Ridgefield, NJ was arrested.
And the mayor of Secaucus, NJ was arrested.
These towns sound familiar no?
The Jersey City Council President was arrested also.
Joe Doria, who is NJ Governor Jon Corzine's director of community affairs, resigned yesterday. Doria's home was searched in connection with the investigation, but officials haven't pressed charges. My question is: Why did he resign so fast? What did he do? And are they not pressing charges because of his resignation? If Doria won't be charged in exchange for his resignation, that's a smart move. If that's the case, then he's definitely thinking way ahead of his contemporaries. Interesting stuff.

i agree with you regarding the "Organs Trading"
but its a big buisness now days around the world!
and in some countries its leagal!
our rabbis alow them selvs to do alot of thing that GOD wouldnt permit, and that raises the question... who looks out for the rabbis?
